संख्या-492 X - 1-2026-10 ( 03 ) / 2007- राज्यपाल , " भारत का संविधान " के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करके " उत्तराखण्ड वन विभाग सर्वेक्षक सेवा नियमावली, 2010 " में अग्रेत्तर संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं, अर्थातः-
उत्तराखण्ड वन विभाग सर्वेक्षक सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026
संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
( 1 ) इस नियमावली का संक्षिप्त नाम " उत्तराखण्ड वन विभाग सर्वेक्षक सेवा ( संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026 " है ।
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी ।
नियम 15 का संशोधन
उत्तराखण्ड वन विभाग सर्वेक्षक सेवा नियमावली , 2010 ( जिसे यहाँ आगे मूल नियमावली कहा गया है ) में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये विद्यमान नियम 15 के उपनियम (4) के खण्ड ( एक) एवं खण्ड ( दो ) (क) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिये गये नियम प्रतिस्थापित कर दिये जायेगें , अर्थातः-

(एक)
(एक) चयन के लिये 250 अंकों की एक लिखित परीक्षा होगी । प्रवीणता सूची लिखित परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक व अन्य मूल्यांकनों के योग के आधार पर , तैयार की जायेगी ।
(दो) (क)
चयन के लिये 100 अंको की वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की एक लिखित परीक्षा होगी । प्रवीणता सूची लिखित परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक व अन्य मूल्यांकनों के योग के आधार पर, तैयार की जायेगी ।
(दो) (क)
लिखित परीक्षा में सामान्य हिन्दी, सामान्य गणित लिखित परीक्षा में ' सर्वेक्षण' विषय पर एक प्रश्न पत्र 100 (2)
अंक का होगा । प्रश्न पत्र मूल्याकंन में प्रत्येक सही उत्तर का एक अंक व प्रत्त्येक गलत उत्तर हेतु 1/4 ऋणात्मक अंक दिया जायेगा ।
और सामान्य अध्ययन का एक प्रश्न पत्र 150 अंक का होगा और 'सर्वेक्षण' विषय का एक प्रश्नपत्र 100 अंक का होगा । लिखित परीक्षा के प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगे । प्रश्न पत्र मूल्याकंन में प्रत्येक सही उत्तर का एक अंक व प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर हेतु ऋणात्मक अंक 1/4 दिया जायेगा ।
नियम 18 का संशोधन
मूल नियमावली में नीचे स्तम्भ 1 में दिये गये विद्यमान नियम 18 के उपनियम (2) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया नियम प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया जायेगा, अर्थातः-

(2) सभी अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा (2) सभी अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा प्राप्त कुल अंक (लिखित परीक्षा और छंटनीशुदा कर्मचारी के अंकों को वर्गीकृत करते हुये ) अवरोही क्रम में उत्तराखण्ड की वैबसाइट https://uk.nic.in पर प्रदर्शित किये जायेंगे ।
प्राप्त कुल अंक ( लिखित परीक्षा, छंटनी शुदा कर्मचारी के अंको को और टंकण परीक्षा के अंकों को वर्गीकृत करते हुये) अवरोही क्रम में (Descending उत्तराखण्ड की वैबसाइट www.ua.nic.in पर प्रदर्शित किये जायेंगे । Order)

No.492/X -1-2026-10 ( 03 ) / 2007 --In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the " Constitution of India " , the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to , further amend in the ' Uttarakhand Forest Department Surveyor Service Rules , 2010' , namely: -
Uttarakhand Forest Department Surveyor Service (Amendment) Rules 2026
Short Title and (1 ) Commencement
These Rules may be called the "Uttarakhand Forest Department Surveyor Service (Amendment ) Rules , 2026" .
(2) It shall come into force at once,
Amendment of rule 15
In the Uttarakhand Forest Department Surveyor Service Rules , 2010 , (hereinafter referred to as the principal rules) for existing clause ( i) and clause ( ii) ( a) of sub -rule (4) of rule 15 given in Column - 1 below, the rule given in Column - 2 shall be substituted , namely : -

(i) Selection will be based on a 100 marks Objective- type written examination . The merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores from the written examination and the other evaluations .
(i) A written examination carrying 250 marks will be held for selection . The merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores from the written examination and other assessments .
(ii) ( a) The written examination shall consist of a question paper on surveying subject , carrying 100 marks . The paper shall be evaluated with one mark for each correct answer and a negative 1/4 mark for each incorrect answer .
( ii) ( a) The written examination will include one question paper each for General Hindi, General Mathematics and General Studies , carrying 150 marks , and one 100 marks. The written examination questions will be objective. In the evaluation, one mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 4 negative marks will (4)
be awarded for each correct answer and 4 negative marks will be awarded for each incorrect answer ..
Amendment ofrule18
In the principal rules for the existing sub -rule (2) of rule 18 given in Column - 1 below, the rule given in Column-2 shall be substituted, namely:- Column-1 (Existing rule)

(2) The total marks obtained by all the candidates (classifying the marks of the written examination and retrenched employees category wise ) will be displayed in descending order on the Uttarakhand website https://uk.nic.in.
(2) The total marks obtained by all the candidates (marks of written examination and the marks of the retrenched employees category wise) shall be displayed on the Uttarakhand website www.ua.nic.in descending order. in the
