चूंकि, उत्तराखण्ड (उत्तर प्रदेश भू- राजस्व अधिनियम , 1901 ) (अनुकूलन एवं उपान्तरण) आदेश , 2001 की धारा 11 की उपधारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अधीन और पूर्व में इस निमित्त जारी की गयी सरकारी अधिसूचनाओं में आंशिक उपान्तरण , करते हुए अधिसूचना संख्याः 1028 / XVIII ( 1 ) /2014-02 (09 ) / 2014, दिनांक 31.01.2015 द्वारा उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट ग्रामों को मिलाकर जिला चम्पावत में "छीड़ाखाल " मुख्यालय के साथ " पुल्ला गुंमदेश" ज्ञात नाम से एक नई उप तहसील सृजित की गयी थी;
और चूंकि, उक्त अधिसूचना को आंशिक रूप से संशोधित करते हुए अधिसूचना संख्याः 570 / XVIII ( 1 ) / 2015-02 ( 09 ) / 2014 , दिनांक 15.06.2015 द्वारा उप तहसील "पुल्ला गुमदेश" का मुख्यालय "छीड़ाखाल " के स्थान पर " गुरेली" में स्थापित किया गया था ;
अतएव अब , राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम , 1904 (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथा प्रवृत्त) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त अधिसूचनाओं दिनांक 31.01.2015 एवं दिनांक 15.06.2015 को आंशिक रूप से संशोधित करते हुए जिला चम्पावत में उप तहसील " पुल्ला गुमदेश" के मुख्यालय को "गुरेली" के स्थान पर "किमतोली" में स्थापित किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं ;

2. राज्यपाल यह भी निर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि उक्त अधिसूचनाएं दिनांक 31.01.2015 एवं दिनांक 15.06.2015 इस सीमा तक संशोधित समझी जायेंगी ।

Inpursuance of the provision of Clause ( 3) of the article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No.385672 / XVIII ( 1 ) / 2026 - E - 89382 , dated April 08 , 2026 for general information .

NOTIFICATION
Whereas , in exercise of the powers conferred under sub- section (2 ) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand (Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act 1901 ) , (Adaptation and Modification Order, 2001 ) and partially modifing the Government notifications issued earlier in this behalf, a new Sub Tehsil in District Champawat to be known as "Pulla Gumdesh " with its headquarters at " Chidakhal " , comprising the villages specified in its Schedule , was created vide Government notification No- 1028 /XVIII ( 1 )/ 2014-02 ( 09 ) / 2014 dated 31-01-2015;
And whereas , by partially amending the said Notification (vide notification no . 570/XVIII ( 1 ) /2015-02 ( 09)/ 2014 , dated 15.06.2015) the headquarters of sub tehsil Pula Gumadesh was established at Gureli in place of Chidakhal.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand ) , by partially modifing said notifications dated 31-01-2015 & dated 15-06-2015 , the Governor is pleased to allow to establish the headquater of sub tehsil Pulla Gumdesh from Gureli to Kimtoli;
2. The Governor also directs that the said notifications dated 31-01-2015 & dated 15-06-2015 shall be deemed to be amended to this extent .
