अधिसूचना

श्री राज्यपाल , साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (केन्द्रीय अधिनियम संख्या 10 वर्ष 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम , 1980 (केन्द्रीय अधिनियम संख्या 65 वर्ष 1980) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य की सुरक्षा, लोक व्यवस्था और समुदाय के लिये प्रदायों और सेवाओं को बनाये रखने के लिये प्रतिकूल क्रियाकलापों में संलिप्त समाज विरोधी तत्वों हेतु शासन द्वारा पूर्व में जारी अधिसूचना संख्या-196 / XX- 5 / 26 / 04 / रा० सु ० का/ 2025 दिनांक 11 फरवरी , 2026 का आंशिक उपान्तरण करके राज्य के समस्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेटों को 03 माह की अवधि हेतु 01 जून, 2026 से 31 अगस्त, 2026 तक उक्त अधिनियम की धाराओं में निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिये सशक्त करने हेतु सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं ।

In pursuance of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the " Constitution of India " the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 637 /XX - 5 / 26 / 04 / NSA/ 2025 , Dehradun Dated May 13 , 2026 for general information:

No. 637 /XX - 5/ 26 /04 / NSA/ 2025 E - 69591 Dated Dehradun , May 13 , 2026

Governor of Uttarakhand , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the National Security Act , 1980 (Central Act No. 65 of 1980 ) read with section 21 of the General Clause Act , 1897 ( Central Act No. 10 of 1897 ) for the anti social elements indulging in activities prejudicial to the security of the State , maintenance of public order and maintenance of supplies and services essential to the community , in partial modification of the earlier notification No. 196/XX- 5 / 26 / 04 /NSA/2003 Dated , 11th February , 2026 issued by the Government of Uttarakhand , is pleased to empower all the District Magistrates in the State to exercise the powers , conferred by the section of the said Act, for the period of three months from 1st June 2026 to 31st August , 2026.
