राज्यपाल , भारतीय वन अधिनियम , 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 वर्ष 1927) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय 4 के प्रयोजनार्थ जनपद नैनीताल के अंतर्गत विकास खण्ड रामगढ़ में नथुवाखान सुयालबाड़ी मोटर मार्ग छीमी से मटेला होते हुये तोला भुगियों देव मंदिर तक मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु हस्तान्तरित 01.755 है ० वन भूमि के सापेक्ष क्षतिपूरक वृक्षारोपण हेतु जिलाधिकारी , नैनीताल द्वारा वन विभाग को हस्तान्तरित की गयी राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्व की श्रेणी -9(3) ङ (अन्य कारणों से बंजर भूमि) की 03.510 है० भूमि, जिसका विवरण नीचे तालिका में दिया गया है , को वन भूमि के साथ - साथ संरक्षित वन घोषित करते हैं: -

NOTIFICATION
1 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) and (2) of section 29 of Indian Forest Act 1927, (Act No. 16 of 1927 ) , the Governor is pleased to declare 03.510 hectare land of category - 9 ( 3 ) e (barren land due to other reasons ) owned by the State Government , transferred by District Magistrate , Nainital to the Forest Department for compensatory plantation in respect of 01.755 hectare forest land transferred for the construction of motor road from Nathuwakhan Suyalbari Motor Road Chimi to Tola Bhugiyon Dev Temple Vis Matela in Ramgarh Development Block under Nainital District , details of which are given in the table below, as forest land as well as protected forest, for the purposes ofChapter IV of the said Act .
