राज्यपाल, अधिसूचना संख्या 3009 / आठ-02 (2023-2024 ) , गोपेश्वर, दिनांकः 24 जनवरी 2025 के क्रम में भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 ( अधिनियम संख्या 30 वर्ष 2013) की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन यह घोषणा करते हैं कि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि नवीन 66 के ०वी० जी ० आई ० एस ० उपस्थान ज्योतिर्मठ का निर्माण परियोजना जो कि एक महत्वपूर्ण लोक प्रयोजन है, हेतु ग्राम सेलंग , तहसील ज्योतिर्मठ, जिला चमोली में कुल 0.153 है ० भूमि का अधिग्रहण अपेक्षित है ।

उपर्युक्त परियोजना हेतु भू- खंड, जिनका अर्जन किया जाना है, का विस्तृत ब्यौरा निम्नलिखित है:-
राज्यपाल का यह समाधान हो गया है कि यह घोषणा हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों के आक्षेपों को सुनने और भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन एवं पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर एवं पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 15 में यथा उपबंधित सम्यक् जांचोपरान्त की गयी है । भूमि अर्जन के कारण पुनर्व्यवस्थापन के लिए संभावित कुटुम्बों की संख्या शून्य है ।
उक्त भूमि के या उक्त भूमि के किसी भाग में पड़े कोयला, लौह पत्थर , स्लेट या अन्य खनिजों की खानें हैं, खान और खनिज के ऐसे भागों में जिन्हें उस प्रयोजन, जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जित की जा रही है, की परियोजना के निर्माण चरण के दौरान खोदे जाने या हटाये या उपयोग किये जाने की अपेक्षा है, को छोड़कर आवश्यक नहीं है ।
टिप्पणी- हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों द्वारा जिला भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी चमोली, उपजिलाधिकारी ज्योतिर्मठ , तहसीलदार ज्योतिर्मठ के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस में योजना से सम्बन्धित भू-अभिलेखों का अवलोकन किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
Under sub - section ( 1) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparencyin Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no 30 of 2013 ) , in continuation of the Notification No. 3009/08-02 (2023-2024) Gopeshwar, dated 24 January 2025 , the Governor is pleased to declare that the State Government is satisfied that total 0.153 hectares land acquisition is required in the Village Selang , Tehsil Jyotirmath, District Chamoli. forthe construction of the New 66 kV GIS Sub - Station Jyotirmath Project , which is an important public purpose .

The Governor is satisfied that this declaration is made after hearing of objections of interested persons with the due investigation as provided in section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no 30 of 2013) . The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is nil .
Mines of coal , iron- stone , slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed .
Note-The land records related to project may be inspected by the interested persons in any working day at the office of the district land acquisition officer , Chamoli ( Gopeshwar ) , SDM Jyotirmath and Tehsildar Jyotirmath .
