चूंकि राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है ,
अतएव, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम , 1966 (उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में यथाप्रवृत्त) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके श्री राज्यपाल इस आदेश के निर्गत होने की तिथि से छः माह की अवधि के लिये उत्तराखण्ड परिवहन निगम में कार्यरत कर्मियों की समस्त श्रेणी की सेवाओं को अत्यावश्यक सेवायें घोषित करते हुये उनकी हड़ताल को निषिद्ध करते हैं ।

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause ( 3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following of Notification No. 403274 / 2026 / e - 94094/ 66/ IX- 2/ 2010 , Dehradun dated June 09 , 2026, for general information .

NOTIFICATION
Whereas , the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest , it is necessary and expedient so to do ,
Therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred sub - section ( 1) ofsection 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act , 1966 ( as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand ) , the Governor is pleased to declare all category services of the Personnel of the Uttarakhand Parivahan Nigam as essential and prohibit their strike for the period of Six months from the date of publication of the notification .
