राज्यपाल , अधिसूचना संख्या- 1710 / आठ - वि ० भू० अ ०अ ० / देहरादून / 2025 दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2025 के कम में भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 ( अधिनियम संख्या 30 वर्ष 2013) की धारा 19 की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन यह घोषणा करते हैं कि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि जनपद देहरादून के विधानसभा क्षेत्र रायपुर के अन्तर्गत किरसाली चौक से कालागांव , अस्थल होते हुए रायपुर- कुमाल्ड़ा कददूखाल मोटर मार्ग के कि०मी० 4 मालदेवता तक मार्ग के नव निर्माण जो कि एक महत्वपूर्ण लोक प्रयोजन है, हेतु ग्राम अस्थल, तहसील देहरादून, जिला देहरादून में 0.1415 हैक्टेयर नाप भूमि का अधिग्रहण अपेक्षित है;

राज्यपाल का यह समाधान हो गया है कि यह घोषणा हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों के आक्षेपों को सुनने और भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन एवं पुनर्व्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर एवं पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा 15 में यथा उपबंधित सम्यक् जांचोपरान्त की गयी है । भूमि अर्जन के कारण पुनर्व्यवस्थापन के लिए संभावित कुटुम्बों की संख्या शून्य है ।
उक्त भूमि के या उक्त भूमि के किसी भाग में पड़े कोयला, लौह पत्थर, स्लेट या अन्य खनिजों की खानें हैं, खान और खनिज के ऐसे भागों में जिन्हें उस प्रयोजन , जिसके लिए भूमि अर्जित की जा रही है , की परियोजना के निर्माण चरण के दौरान खोदे जाने या हटाये या उपयोग किये जाने की अपेक्षा है, को छोड़कर आवश्यक नहीं है ।
टिप्पणी- हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों द्वारा विशेष भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी , देहरादून के कार्यालय / तहसील डोईवाला में किसी भी कार्य दिवस में योजना से सम्बन्धित भू- अभिलेखों का अवलोकन किया जा सकता है । पुनर्वासन और पुनर्व्यवस्थापन योजना को जिलाधिकारी देहरादून, उपजिलाधिकारी (सदर) देहरादून, तहसीलदार देहरादून, नगर पालिका देहरादून, खण्ड विकास अधिकारी , रायपुर के कार्यालय में एवं एन० आई ० सी० , देहरादून की वैवसाईट पर अवलोकन किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
Under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 (Act no . 30 of 2013 ) , in continuation of the Notification No. 1710/VIII - SLAO/Dehradun/2025 , dated 20 August , 2025 , the Governor is pleased to declare that the State Government is satisfied that a total of 0.1415 Hectare land acquisition is required in the Village Asthal , Tehsil Dehradun District Dehradun for new construction of road from Kirsali Chowk to Kalagaon , Asthal via Raipur- Kumalda Kaddukhaal motor road up to Km 4 Maldevta under Raipur assembly constituency of Dehradun district . which is an important public purpose;

The Governor is satisfied that this declaration is made after hearing of objections of interested persons with the due investigation as provided in section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 (Act no 30 of 2013 ). The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition is nil .
