राज्यपाल , भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या-16 वर्ष 1927) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1 ) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय 4 के प्रयोजनार्थ जनपद चम्पावत के ग्राम डाबरी में मझेड़ा समाधि से डाबरी ग्राम तक मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु हस्तान्तरित 01.25 है० वन भूमि के सापेक्ष क्षतिपूरक वृक्षारोपण हेतु जिलाधिकारी, चम्पावत द्वारा वन विभाग को हस्तान्तरित की गई राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्व की श्रेणी 9 (3)ङ (बंजर काबिल आबाद) की 02.50 भूमि, जिसका विवरण नीचे तालिका में दिया गया है, को वन भूमि के साथ- साथ संरक्षित वन घोषित करते हैं:-

2- संरक्षित वन का सीमांकन किया जायेगा एवं स्तम्भ निर्माण किया जायेगा ।
3- उपरोक्त तालिका में उल्लिखित भू- अभिलेखों में वन विभाग के नाम हस्तांतरित किया जाने वाला क्षेत्र किसी भी प्रकार के अधिकारों एवं रियायतों के दावों से मुक्त है ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause (3 ) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 148 /X - 3-26 /01 ( 61 ) /2017 , Dehradun dated June 16, 2026 for general information:

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) and (2) of section 29 of Indian Forest Act 1927, (Act No. 16 of 1927) , the Governor is pleased to declare 02.50 hectare land of category - 9 ( 3 ) e (Banjar Kabil Aabad ) owned by the State Government, transferred by District Magistrate , Champawat to the Forest Department for compensatory plantation in respect of 01.25 hectare forest land transferred for the construction of motor road from Majheda Samadhi to village Dabri in Tehsil Pati of Champawat District , details of which are given in the table below , as forest land as well as protected forest, for the purposes of Chapter IV of the said Act .
