राज्यपाल , भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या-16 वर्ष 1927) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1 ) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय 4 के प्रयोजनार्थ जनपद पिथौरागढ़ की तहसील डीडीहाट के अंतर्गत पमस्यारी मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु हस्तान्तरित 5.857 है० वन भूमि के सापेक्ष क्षतिपूरक वृक्षारोपण हेतु जिलाधिकारी, पिथौरागढ़ द्वारा वन विभाग को हस्तान्तरित की गयी राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्व की श्रेणी-9 (3 ) ङ (बंजर काबिल आबाद ) की 11.714 है ० भूमि, जिसका विवरण नीचे तालिका में दिया गया है, को वन भूमि के साथ - साथ संरक्षित वन घोषित करते हैं: - 2 उत्तराखण्ड असाधारण गजट , 23 जून, 2026 ई ० (आषाढ़ 02 , 1948 शक सम्वत्)

In rsuance of the provision of clause ( 3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India , the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 1117/X - 3-26/ 01 ( 154 )/2015 , Dehradun dated June 23 , 2026 for general information :

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) and (2 ) of section 29 of Indian Forest Act 1927, (Act No. 16 of 1927) , the Governor is pleased to declare 11.714 hectare land of category - 9 (3 ) e (Banjar Kabil Aabad ) owned by the State Government , transferredby District Magistrate , Pithoragarh to the Forest Department for compensatory plantation in respect of 5.857 hectare forest land transferred for the construction of Pamsyari Motor Road in Tehsil Didihat, Pithoragarh District, details of which is given in the table below, as forest land as well as protected forest , for the purposes of Chapter IV of the said Act.
