राज्यपाल , भारतीय वन अधिनियम , 1927 (अधिनियम संख्या-16 वर्ष 1927) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय 4 के प्रयोजनार्थ जनपद अल्मोड़ा की तहसील रानीखेत के अंतर्गत कोटिला- ग्वाड़ से सुरईखेत तक मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण हेतु हस्तान्तरित 03.85 है ० वन भूमि के सापेक्ष क्षतिपूरक वृक्षारोपण हेतु जिलाधिकारी , अल्मोड़ा द्वारा वन विभाग को हस्तान्तरित की गयी राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्व की श्रेणी-9 (3 )ङ बंजर काबिल आबाद की 07.700 भूमि, जिसका विवरण नीचे तालिका में दिया गया है , को वन भूमि के साथ- साथ संरक्षित वन घोषित करते हैं:-

1 -संरक्षित वन का सीमांकन एवं स्तम्भ निर्माण किया जायेगा ।

2- उपरोक्त तालिका में निर्दिष्ट भू- अभिलेखों में वन विभाग के नाम नामान्तरित होने से किसी प्रकार की अधिकार एवं रियायतों के दावों से मुक्त है ।

In pursuance of the provision of clause ( 3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 1252/X - 3-26 /01 ( 170 ) /2015 , Dehradun dated July 01 , 2026 for general information:

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) and (2) of section 29 of Indian Forest Act 1927, (Act No. 16 of 1927) , the Governor is pleased to declare 07.700 hectare land of category- 9 ( 3 ) e Banjar Kabil Aabad owned by the State Government , transferred by District Magistrate , Almora to the Forest Department for compensatory plantation in respect of 03.85 hectare forest land transferred for the construction of motor road from Kotila- Gwad to Suraikhet in tehsil Ranikhet of Almora District , details of which is given in the table below , as forest land as well as protected forest , for the purposes of Chapter IV of the said Act .
