भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या 49 सन् 1988) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 4 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद के परामर्श से श्रीमती प्रतीक्षा नागर, अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, लखनऊ को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस अधिष्ठान द्वारा अन्वेषित आयुर्वेद घोटाला से सम्बन्धित अपराधों का विचारण करने के लिए शासनादेश संख्या 3386/सात-न्याय-2-85जी-98, दिनांक 9 नवम्बर, 2000 द्वारा स्थापित किये गये अपर जिला एवं संत्र न्यायाधीश के न्यायालय में विशेष न्यायाधीश के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से नियुक्त करते हैं। ऐसे विशेष न्यायाधीश न्यायालय को न्यायालय, विशेष न्यायाधीश (आयुर्वेद घोटाला) के रूप में अभिहित किया जायेगा और उसके बैठने का स्थान लखनऊ में होगा।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 and sub-section (2) of section 4 of the the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act no. 49 of 1988), the Governor, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to appoint with effect from the date of publication of this notification in Gazette Smt. Pratiksha Nagar, Additional District and Session Judge, Lucknow in the court of Additional District and Session Judge established vide Government order no. 3386/VII-Nyaya-2-85G- 98, dated November 9, 2000 as Special Judge to try the offences under the said Act relating to Ayurved Scam investigated by Delhi Special Police Establishment. The Court of such Special Judge shall be designated as the Court of Special Judge (Ayurved Scam) and its place of sitting shall be at Lucknow.
