चूँकि राज्य सरकार की यह राय है कि जिला बाराबंकी में घाघरा नदी पर स्थित लोढ़ेमऊ घाट पर एक नए सार्वजनिक नौघाट की आवश्यकता है; अतएव, अब, उत्तरी भारत नौघाट अधिनियम, 1878 (अधिनियम संख्या 17 सन् 1878) की धारा 4 के खण्ड (ग) और (घ) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से नीचे अनुसूची में यथा दर्शित सीमाओं के भीतर जिला बाराबंकी में लोढ़ेमऊ घाट पर एक नया सार्वजनिक नौघाट स्थापित करती हैं। उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अधीन, राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि पूर्वोक्त दिनांक से, जिला बाराबंकी में लोढ़ेमऊ घाट पर पूर्वोक्त सार्वजनिक नौघाट का तात्कालिक अधीक्षण, अधीक्षण अभियन्ता, अयोध्या/अम्बेडकर नगर वृत्त, लोक निर्माण विभाग, अयोध्या में निहित होगा।

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 146/XXIII-II–2020-16(Sa)-2020, dated June 22, 2020 for general information:
No. 146/XXIII-II–2020-16(Sa)-2020
Dated Lucknow, June 22, 2020
WHEREAS the State Government is of the opinion that a new public ferry is needed on the river Ghaghara at Lodhemau Ghat in district Barabanki;
Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clauses (c) and (d) of section 4 of the Northern India Ferries Act, 1878 (Act no.XVII of 1878), the Governor is pleased to establish, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, a new public ferry on the Lodhemau Ghat in district Barabanki within its limits as shown in the Schedule below.
Under section 6 of the said Act, the Governor is further pleased to direct that with effect from the aforesaid date, the immediate superintendence of the aforesaid public ferry at Lodhemau Ghat in district Barabanki shall vest in the Superintending Engineer, Ayodhya/Ambedkar Nagar Circle, Lok Nirman Vibhag, Ayodhya.
