महामारी अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 3 सन् 1897) की धारा 2 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश महामारी कोविड-19 विनियमावली, 2020 को संशोधित करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित विनियमावली बनाती हैं :-

विनियमावली, 2020 कही जाएगी।
विनियम 17 का संशोधन
2-उत्तर प्रदेश महामारी कोविड-19 विनियमावली, 2020, जिसे आगे उक्त विनियमावली कहा गया है, में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिए गए विद्यमान विनियम 17 के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया विनियम रख दिया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

17- यह विनियमावली तत्काल प्रवृत्त होगी और इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित किए जाने के दिनांक से 30 जून, 2020 तक या जब तक अग्रतर आदेश नहीं दिए जाते हैं, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए विधिमान्य रहेगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred under section 2 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 (Act No. 3 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease, Covid-19 Regulations, 2020.
THE UTTAR PRADESH EPIDEMIC DISEASE COVID-19 (THIRD AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 2020
Short title 1. These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease, Covid-19 (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
Amendment of
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Disease, Covid-19 Regulations, 2020, regulation 17
hereinafter referred to as the said regulations for existing regulation 17 setout in column-1 below, the regulation as setout in column-2 shall be substituted, namely :– COLUMN-1
