उत्तर प्रदेश भू-गर्भ जल (प्रबन्धन और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2019 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 13 सन् 2019) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, जिला भूगर्भ जल प्रबन्धन परिषद को राज्य के प्रत्येक जिला के प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत के लिये उक्त धारा के उपबंधों के अनुसार अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों से समाविष्ट ग्राम पंचायत भूगर्भ जल उप-समिति का गठन करने के लिये निदेश देती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019 (U.P. Act no. 13 of 2019), the Govrnor is pleased to direct the District Ground Water Management Council to constitute the Gram Panchayat Ground Water Sub-Committee for each Gram Panchayat of each district of the State consisting the Chairperson and members in accordance with the provisions of said section.
