उत्तर प्रदेश भू-गर्भ जल (प्रबन्धन और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2019 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 13 सन् 2019) की धारा 5 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, जिला भू-गर्भ जल प्रबन्धन परिषद् को राज्य के प्रत्येक जिला के नगरीय क्षेत्रों के लिये उक्त धारा के उपबंधों के अनुसार अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों से समाविष्ट नगर पालिका जल प्रबन्धन समिति का गठन करने के लिये निदेश देती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 5 of the Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019 (U.P. Act no. 13 of 2019), the Governor is pleased to direct the District Ground Water Management Council to constitute the Municipal Water Management Committee for urban areas of each district of the State consisting the Chairperson and members in accordance with the provisions of said section.
