अधिसूचना
चूंकि राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश आवश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोंग करके, श्री राज्यपाल महोदय इस आदेश के गजट में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से 6 मास की अवधि के लिए 1-उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कारपोरेशन लि0, लखनऊ, 2-उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत उत्पादन निगम लि0, लखनऊ, 3-उत्तर प्रदेश जल विद्युत निगम लि0, लखनऊ, 4-उत्तर प्रदेश पावर ट्रांसमिशन कारपोरेशन लि0, लखनऊ, 5-कानपुर इलेक्ट्रिसिटी सप्लाई कम्पनी (केस्को)े, 6-मध्यांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लि0, लखनऊ, 7-पूर्वांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लि0, वाराणसी, 8-पश्चिमांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लि0, मेरठ, और 9-दक्षिणांचल विद्युत वितरण निगम लि0, आगरा के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में हड़ताल निषिद्ध करते हैं।
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन श्री राज्यपाल महोदय अग्रेतर निर्देश देते हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जाय। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट 4 जुलाई, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 540/XXIV-P-2-20- 1(121)-04, dated July 3, 2020:

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 (U.P. Act no. XXX of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit for a period of six months from the date of publication of this order in the Gazette, strikes in all services under the 1. Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, Lucknow, 2. Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited, Lucknow, 3. Uttar Pradesh Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited, Lucknow, 4. Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited, Lucknow, 5. Kanpur Electricity Supply Company (KESCO), 6. Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Lucknow, 7. Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Varanasi, 8. Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Meerut and 9. Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Agra.
The Governor is further pleased to direct under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
