उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश राजस्व संहिता, 2006 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 8 सन् 2012) की धारा 219 के अधीन शक्तियों और अधिसूचना संख्या 741/एक-1-2016-20(5)-2016, दिनांक 3 जून, 2016 का अधिक्रमण करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी जिलों के कलेक्टरों तथा सभी मण्डलों के मण्डलायुक्तों को, नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित सीमा तक, उक्त अधिनियम संख्या 8 सन् 2012 की धारा 59 की उपधारा (4) के खण्ड (क) एवं (ग) के अधीन ग्राम पंचायतों/स्थानीय प्राधिकरणों में निहित धारा 59 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (एक), (दो), (तीन), (चार), (पाँच) तथा (छः) में विनिर्दिष्ट सभी या किसी वस्तु को वापस लेने की, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 59 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रयोक्तव्य शक्तियाँ, उक्त संहिता की धारा 77 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन ऐसी लोक उपयोगिता की भूमि की श्रेणी में परिवर्तन करने की शक्तियाँ और उक्त संहिता, की धारा 101 (2) के परन्तुक की शक्तियाँ उन दशाओं में जहाँ वह फाइनेन्शियल हैण्डबुक, खण्ड (5) के भाग-1 के परिशिष्ट 9 में उल्लिखित राज्य सरकार के वाणिज्य विभाग के लिए तथा जहाँ वह भारत सरकार के किसी विभाग के लिए अपेक्षित हो, प्रत्यायोजित करती हैं।2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 6 जुलाई, 2020 अनुसूची कलेक्टर - वस्तु या वस्तुयें, जिनका मूल्य 40 लाख रुपये से अधिक न हो।
मण्डलायुक्त - वस्तु या वस्तुयें, जिनका मूल्य 40 लाख रुपये से अधिक हो।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 688/I-1–2020- 20(5)-2016, dated July 6, 2020 :

IN exercise of the powers under section 219 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 (U.P. Act no. 8 of 2012) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) and in supersession of notification no. 741/I-1–2016-20(5)-2016, dated June 3, 2016, the Governor is pleased to delegate to the Collectors of all districts and Commissioners of all divisions of Uttar Pradesh to the extent mentioned in the Schedule below, the powers exercisable by the State Government under sub-section (4) of section 59 of the said Act to resume all or any of the things specified in clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) of sub-section (2) of section 59 vested in Gram Panchayats/Local Authorities under clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (4) of section 59 of the said Act no. 8 of 2012, change the class of such Public Utility Land under sub-section (2) of section 77 of the said code and the powers in the proviso to section 101(2) of the said code in cases where it is required for a commercial department of the State Government mentioned in Appendix IX of the Financial Handbook, Volume V, Part-I, as well as for any of the departments of the Government of India.
SCHEDULE
Collectors – The thing or the things the value of which does not exceed rupees forty lakhs.
Commissioners – The thing or the things the value of which exceed rupees forty lakhs.
