संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवा नियमावली, 2004 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवा (अष्टम् संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020
संक्षिप्त नाम और 1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवा (अष्टम् संशोधन)
प्रारम्भ
नियमावली, 2020 कही जायेगी;
(2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी।
नियम 5 का
2-उत्तर प्रदेश चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवा नियमावली, 2004, में नियम 5(1) में
संशोधन
नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये विद्यमान खण्ड (एक) के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया खण्ड
रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः- 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 6 जुलाई, 2020 स्तम्भ-1 स्तम्भ-2
(एक) महानिदेशक-मौलिक रूप से नियुक्त (एक) महानिदेशक-मौलिक रूप से नियुक्त ऐसे निदेशकों में से, पदोन्नति द्वारा।
निदेशकों में से, जिनकी अधिवर्षता में चयन
वर्ष के प्रथम दिवस को न्यूनतम 01 वर्ष शेष
हो, पदोन्नति द्वारा।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Medical and Health Service Rules, 2004.
THE UTTAR PRADESH MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICE (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) RULES, 2020
Short title and
1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Medical and Health commencement
Service (Eighth Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
Amendment of
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Medical and Health Service Rules, 2004, in rule 5 for rule 5
existing clause (i) set out in Column-1 below, the clause as set out in Column-2 shall be substituted, namely:-
