उत्तर प्रदेश खादी तथा ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1960 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1960) की धारा 5 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल श्री राम गोपाल उर्फ गोपाल अंजान पुत्र स्व0 राजाराम, 225, लाजपत नगर, थाना-कटघर, जिला-मुरादाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश को, उत्तर प्रदेश खादी तथा ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड का उपाध्यक्ष नियुक्त करती हैं। उपाध्यक्ष की पदावधि, उनके गैर सरकारी सदस्य की पदावधि से सह विस्तारी होगी।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1960 (U.P. Act no. X of 1960), the Governor is pleased to appoint Shri Ram Gopal Alias Gopal Anjan, S/o Late Rajaram, 225, Lajpat Nagar, Thana-Katghar, district-Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh as the Vice-Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board. The term of the office of the Vice-Chairman shall be co-terminus with the term of his office as non- official member.
