उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 30 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 1750 ई-2/तेरह-2003-2/2002, दिनांक 31 मई, 2003 में दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।
संशोधन
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दी गई अनुसूची के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दी गई अनुसूची रख दी जायेगी, अर्थातः-

| (2) सी0एस0डी0 कैण्टीनों के विदेशी मदिरा एफ0एल0-9 लाइसेंस के माध्यम से उप खण्ड (1) में वर्गीकृत रियायती रम को छोड़कर सभी अन्य प्रकार की स्प्रिट की बिक्री के लिए | उक्त स्प्रिट पर अधिसूचित प्रतिफल शुल्क का आधा | (2) सी0एस0डी0 कैण्टीनों के विदेशी मदिरा एफ0एल0-9 लाइसेंस के माध्यम से उप खण्ड (1) में वर्गीकृत रियायती रम को छोड़कर सभी अन्य प्रकार की स्प्रिट की बिक्री के लिए | उक्त स्प्रिट पर सिविल हेतु अधिसूचित प्रतिफल शुल्क का 60 प्रतिशत |
4 (ग) नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये मद 6 के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया मद रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः-

IN exercise of the powers under section 30 of the United Province Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 1750 E-2/XIII-2003-2-2002, dated May 31,2003 with effect from April 1, 2020.
