उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 30 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके, और सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या-462 ई-2/ तेरह-2016-42-2013 दिनांक मार्च 28, 2016 का अधिक्रमण करके राज्यपाल निदेश देती हैं कि दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से राज्य सरकार नीचे अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट दर पर प्रतिफल शुल्क के रूप में धनराशि का भुगतान प्राप्त करेगीः-

| यवासवक द्वारा एक्स ब्रिवरी प्राइस (ई. बी.पी.) घोषित करने हेतु निर्धारित एक्स यवासवनी/ बाण्डधारक इकाई/एक्स सी.एस.डी. मूल्य प्रति केन (500 एम.एल.) (रु.में)(EBP) | प्रतिफल फीस प्रति केन (500 मि.ली.) (रु.में) (D) | थोक विक्रेता का मार्जिन प्रति केन(500मि.ली) (रु.मे ) ं | फुटकर विक्रेता का मार्जिन प्रति केन (500मि.ली) (रु.में) | अधिकतम फुटकर मूल्य प्रति केन(500मि.ली.) MRP (रु.में) जिसे रु.10 के अगले गुणांक तक राउण्ड ऑफ कर अंतर की धनराशि को अतिरिक्त प्रतिफल शुल्क के रूप मे ं लिया जायेगा। |

IN Exercise of the powers under section 30 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904,(U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904), and in supersession of Government Notification No. 462 E-2/XIII-2016-42-2013 dated March 28, 2016, the Governor is pleased to direct that with effect from April 1, 2020 the State Government shall accept payment of sum as consideration fee at the rate specified in the Schedule below:-
