अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, अधिसूचना सं0-क0नि0-2- 983/ग्यारह-9(47)/17-उ0प्र0एक्ट-1-2017-आदेश-(42)-2019 दिनांक 2 जुलाई, 2019 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, तृतीय पैरा में, प्रथम परंतुक में, अंक, अक्षर और शब्द "15 जुलाई, 2020" के स्थान पर अंक, अक्षर और शब्द "31 अगस्त, 2020" रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 148A of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification no. KA.NI.-2-983/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017- Order(42)-2019, dated July 2, 2019, namely :-
IN the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words "15th day of July, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st day of August, 2020"shall be substituted.
