उत्तर प्रदेश क्षेत्र पंचायत तथा जिला पंचायत अधिनियम, 1961 ( उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 33 सन् 1961) की धारा 40, 44 और धारा 46 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 237 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके और इस निमित्त अन्य समस्त समर्थकारी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश जिला पंचायत (केन्द्रीय संक्राम्य संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1966 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।

1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश जिला पंचायत (केन्द्रीय संक्राम्य संवर्ग) (दसवाँ संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ
संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कही जायेगी।
(2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2-उक्त नियमावली में, नीचे स्तम्भ-1 में दिये गये नियम 22 के स्थान पर स्तम्भ-2 नियम 22 का संशोधन
में दिया गया नियम रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात् :-

किसी भी संवर्ग
किसी संवर्ग के के पद पर नियुक्त किए जाने पर सभी पदों पर नियुक्ति पर समस्त अभ्यर्थी दो वर्ष अभ्यर्थी एक वर्ष के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रखे की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रखे जाएंगेः जाएंगेः
प्रतिबन्ध यह है कि किसी संवर्ग में प्रतिबन्ध यह है कि किसी संवर्ग में सम्मिलित किसी पद या किसी समकक्ष अथवा सम्मिलित किसी पद या किसी समकक्ष उच्च पद पर की गयी स्थायी या निरन्तर अथवा उच्च पद पर की गयी स्थायी या अस्थायी अथवा स्थानापन्न सेवा की गणना लगातार अस्थायी अथवा स्थानापन्न सेवा राज्य सरकार द्वारा परिवीक्षा अवधि के लिए की गणना राज्य सरकार द्वारा परिवीक्षा पूर्णतः या आंशिक रूप से की जा सकती हैः अवधि के लिए पूर्ण या आंशिक रूप से की
प्रतिबन्ध यह भी है कि मुख्य अधिकारी जा सकती हैः
की सिफारिशों, जो जिला पंचायत जिसमें वह प्रतिबन्ध यह भी है कि मुख्य अधिकारी कार्यरत हो, के अध्यक्ष के माध्यम से राज्य की सिफारिशों पर, जो जिला परिषद के, सरकार को प्रेषित की जाएंगी, पर राज्य जिसमें वह कार्य कर रहा हो, अध्यक्ष के सरकार किसी भी अभ्यर्थी के मामले में माध्यम से राज्य सरकार को भेजी जाएंगी, परिवीक्षा अवधि बढ़ा सकती है। ऐसी किसी राज्य सरकार किसी भी अभ्यर्थी की परिवीक्षा अवधि बढ़ाये जाने का अनुमोदन परिवीक्षा अवधि बढ़ा सकती है। बढ़ायी गयी करने वाले आदेशों में ऐसा निश्चित दिनांक, परिवीक्षा अवधि के आदेश में वह ठीक विनिर्दिष्ट होगा जिस दिनांक तक उक्त दिनांक निर्दिष्ट होगा, जब तक के लिए वह अवधि बढ़ायी गयी हो और यह भी विनिर्दिष्ट बढ़ायी जाए और यह भी उल्लिखित होगा होगा कि बढ़ायी गयी अवधि की गणना कि बढ़ायी गयी अवधि की गणना वेतनकाल समयमान में वेतन वृद्धि के प्रयोजनार्थ की मान में वेतन वृद्धि के लिए की जाएगी जायेगी अथवा नहीं की जायेगी।

IN exercise of the powers under section 237 of the Uttar Pradesh Kshettra Panchayat and Zila Panchayat Adhiniyam, 1961 (U.P. Act no. 33 of 1961), read with section 40, 44 and sub-section (2) of section 46 of the said Adhiniyam and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat (Central Transferable Cadre ) Rules, 1966.

Short title and 1. (1). These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Zila Panchayat (Central

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
the Gazette.
