उत्तर प्रदेश क्षेत्र समिति तथा जिला परिषद अधिनियम, 1961 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 33 सन्‌ 1961) की धारा 44 के साथ पठित धारा 237 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश जिला परिषद (अपर मुख्य अधिकारी का केन्द्रीय संक्राम्य संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1993 में संशोधन करने की दृष्टि से निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैं।

1-(1) यह नियमावली उत्तर प्रदेश जिला परिषद (अपर मुख्य अधिकारी का केन्द्रीय संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ

संक्राम्य संवर्ग) (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कही जाएगी।

(2) यह गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी।

सामान्य संशोधन 2-उत्तर प्रदेश जिला परिषद (अपर मुख्य अधिकारी का केन्द्रीय संक्राम्य संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1993 जिसे आगे उक्त नियमावली कहा गया है, में, शीर्षक, उपशीर्षक और संक्षिप्त नाम सहित शब्द ''क्षेत्र समिति'' तथा ''जिला परिषद'' जहाँ कहीं आये हों, के स्थान पर शब्द क्रमशः ''क्षेत्र पंचायत'' तथा ''जिला पंचायत'' रख दिये जायेंगे।159 RPH (Panchayati Raj-2) 2020 Data 4e 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 13 अगस्त, 2020 3-उक्त नियमावली में, नियम 8 में, नीचे स्तम्भ 1 में, दिये गये उपनियम (1) के स्थान नियम 8 का संशोधन

पर स्तम्भ-2 में दिया गया उपनियम रख दिया जायेगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

IN exercise of the powers under section 237 read with section 44 of the Uttar Pradesh Kshetra Samitis and Zila Parishad Adhiniyam, 1961 (U.P. Act no. 33 of 1961), the Governor is pleased to make the following rules with a view to amending the Uttar Pradesh Zila Parishads (Central Transferable Cadre of Apar Mukhya Adhikari) Rules, 1993.

THE UTTAR PRADESH ZILA PARISHADS (CENTRAL TRANSFERABLE CADRE

OF APAR MUKYA ADHIKARI) (SECOND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2020

Short title and 1. (1) These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Zila Parishads (Central

commencement Transferable Cadre of Apar Mukhya Adhikari) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in

the Gazette.

General

2. In the Uttar Pradesh Zila Parishads (Central Transferable Cadre of Apar

amendment

Mukhya Adhikari) Rules, 1993 hereinafter referred to as the said rules for the words

"Kshetra Samitis" and "Zila Parishads" wherever occur including heading,

sub-heading and the short title the word "Kshetra Panchayat" and "Zila Panchayat"

shall respectively be substituted.

Amendment of 3. In the said rules, in rule 8, for sub-rule (1) set out in Column-I below, the

rule 8
