संयुक्त प्रान्त आबकारी अधिनियम, 1910 (संयुक्त प्रान्त अधिनियम संख्या 4 सन् 1910) की धारा 30 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल निदेश देती हैं कि दिनांक 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से माइक्रो ब्रिवरी द्वारा उत्पादित बियर पर प्रतिफल शुल्क निम्नवत् वसूल किया जाएगा :-
माइक्रो ब्रिवरी द्वारा उत्पादित बियर पर प्रतिफल शुल्क-रु0 60 प्रति बल्क लीटर।

IN exercise of the powers under section 30 of the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910 (U.P. Act no. IV of 1910), the Governor is pleased to direct that from April 1, 2020 , Consideration fee shall be realized on the Beer produced by micro brewery as follows:-
Consideration fee on Beer produced by micro brewery- Rs. 60 per bulk litre.
