उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर (तृतीय संशोधन) अध्यादेश, 2020 (उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यादेश संख्या 15 सन् 2020) (जिसे आगे उक्त अध्यादेश कहा गया है) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा 30 जून, 2020 को उस तारीख के रूप में, नियत करती हैं जिस तारीख को उक्त अध्यादेश की धारा 2 और 12 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (U.P. Ordinance no. 15 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Governor, hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
