अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2008 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 5 सन्2008) (जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 29 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उत्तर प्रदेश में महामारी कोवीड-19 के प्रसार को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए एतद्द्वारा निम्नवत अधिसूचित करती हैं :-
जहाँ, किसी प्राधिकारी द्वारा या किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा किसी कार्रवाई को पूरा करने या उसके अनुपालन के लिए किसी समय सीमा, जो उक्त अधिनियम में विनिर्दिष्ट की गयी हो या तद्धीन विहित या अधिसूचित की गयी हो, को, जो दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2020 से 30 सितम्बर, 2020 तक की अवधि के दौरान आता है, और जहाँ ऐसी कार्रवाई की पूर्ति या उसका अनुपालन ऐसी समयावधि के भीतर न किया गया हो, वहाँ ऐसी कार्रवाई को पूरा करने या उसका अनुपालन करने की समय-सीमा, दिनांक 31 अक्टूबर, 2020 तक बढ़ा दी जाएगी, जिसमें निम्नलिखित प्रयोजन सम्मिलित होंगे :-
कोई अपील, उत्तर, या आवेदन-पत्र दाखिल किया जाना, कोई दस्तावेज, या ऐसे अन्य अभिलेख को प्रस्तुत किया जाना, जिसे किसी भी नाम से पुकारा जाय या किसी नोटिस का जारी किया जाना अथवा कोई आदेश पारित किया जाना;
2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 17 अगस्त, 2020 (एक) धारा 27;(दो) धारा 31;
(तीन) धारा 32;
(चार) धारा 55 एवं धारा 57;
(पांच) नियम 45 (13).
2-यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2020 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।

IN pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 827/XI-2-20-9(46)-20-U.P.Act-5-2008-Order(140)-2020, dated August 17, 2020 for general information :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 A of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 5, 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), in view of the spread of pandemic COVID-19 in Uttar Pradesh, the Governor, hereby notifies, as under,-
WHERE, any time limit for completion or compliance of any action, by any authority or by any person, has been specified in, or prescribed or notified under the said Act, which falls during the period from the 20th March, 2020 to the 30th September, 2020, and where completion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time, then, the time limit for completion or compliance of such action shall be extended upto the 31st October 2020, including for the purposes of;
Filing of any appeal, reply or application or furnishing of any document or such other record, by whatever name called, or issuance of any notice or passing of any order;
But such extension of time shall be applicable only for the such provisions of the said Act or Rules made there under as mentioned below-
(i) sec. 27;
(ii) sec. 31;
(iii) sec. 32;
(iv) section 55 and sec 57;
(v) Rule 45 (13).
2.This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the March 20, 2020.
