साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1984 (अधिनियम संख्या 66 सन् 1984) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद के परामर्श से सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 7/2016/162/सात-न्याय-2-2015-27जी/2016, दिनांक 25 फरवरी, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 21/2020/1122/Saat- Nyay-2-2020-27G/2016TC, dated August 18, 2020:

IN exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act no. 66 of 1984) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) the Governor in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 7/2016/162/Saat-Nyay-2-2015-27G/2016, dated, February 25, 2016.
AMENDMENT
