अधिसूचना

युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (अधिनियम संख्या 5 सन्‌ 1938) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) के अनुसरण में, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से कम से कम दो मास की समाप्ति पर, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन एक अधिसूचना, जिसमें नीचे अधिसूचित सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र या उसके किसी विनिर्दिष्ट भाग में दिनांक 01 अगस्त, 2020 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2025 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के दौरान गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास करना प्राधिकृत किया गया है, जारी करने के अपने आशय को एतद्‌द्वारा अधिसूचित करती हैं, जो ऐसी अधिसूचना है जिसमें उक्त क्षेत्र को ऐसा क्षेत्र परिनिश्चित किया गया है, जिसमें दिनाँक 01 अगस्त, 2020 से पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियतकालिक रूप से गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास किया जाना अधिसूचना संख्या 877/तीन-2019-47-2(10)-94 दिनांक 13 फरवरी, 2020 के गजट में पहले प्रकाशित कर दिये जाने के कारण प्राधिकृत किया जा सकता है।268_RPH_ Samanya Prasasan -2020_Data 4_ 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 23 सितम्बर, 2020

The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification No.664/III-2020-47-2(10)-94, dated September 23 , 2020 for general information :-

No. 664/III-2020-47-2(10)-94

Dated Lucknow, September 23, 2020

In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 9 of Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Act No. V of 1938), the Governor hereby notifies his intention to issue, on the expiry of at least two months from the date of the publication of this notification in the Gazette, a notification under sub- section (2) of the said section authorizing the carrying out of field firing and artillery practice throughout the area notified below, or any specified part thereof during the period commencing from the First day of August, 2020 and ending with the July 31, 2025, a notification defining the said area as the area within which for a term of five years from first day of August, 2020 the carrying out periodically of field firing and artillery practice may be authorised having been previously published in the Gazette dated February 13, 2020 in notification no. 877/III-2019-47-2(10)-94 dated Febuary 13, 2020.
