साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन्‌ 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन्‌ 1899) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन के दिनांक से अधिसूचना संख्या 18/2018/474/94-स्टा0नि0-2-2018-700(64)-2018, दिनांक 23 मई, 2018 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं।

संशोधन

पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-2 में, शब्द ''50 एकड़'' के स्थान पर शब्द ''25 एकड़'' रख दिये जायेंगे।आज्ञा से, वीना कुमारी, प्रमुख सचिव। 277 RPH (Stamp and Registration-2) Data 4e 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 1 अक्टूबर, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 09/2020/1042/94-S. R.-2–2020-700(64)-2018, dated October 1, 2020:

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, from the date of publication of this notification, is pleased to make the following amendment in the notification no. 18/2018/474/94-S. R.-2– 2018-700(64)-2018, dated May 23, 2018.

AMENDMENT

In the aforesaid notification, in column-2 of the Schedule for the words "50 acres" the words "25 acres" shall be substituted.
