आदेश
चूँकि राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30, सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से छः माह की अवधि के लिये उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य भण्डारण निगम के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में हड़ताल निषिद्ध करती हैं ।
उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन, राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जायेगा। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 5 अक्टूबर, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1585 /XLIX-1-20- 7(9)-19, dated October 5, 2020:

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 ( U. P Act no. 30 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, strikes for a period of six months in all services under the Uttar Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation.
Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
