उत्तर प्रदेश साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1904 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 1904) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश जनहित गारन्टी अधिनियम, 2011 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 3, सन् 2011) की धारा 3 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से, समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 2198/एक-14-2010-33(100)-2010 टी0सी-III, दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं :-
पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची में, क्रम-संख्या-66 की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से स्तम्भवार बढ़ा दी जायेगी, अर्थात् :-

IN exercise of the powers under section-3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) the Governor is pleased to make with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government Notification no. 2198/1-14-2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-III, dated January 15, 2011 as amended from time to time:-
