नियुक्ति आदेश
उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य लोक सेवा अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1976 (उ0 प्र0 अधिनियम संख्या 17 सन् 1976) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (7) के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा श्री राज्यपाल, मा0 उच्च न्यायालय, इलाहाबाद के मा0 मुख्य न्यायाधीश से प्रभावी परामर्श/सम्मति प्राप्त करके श्रीमती नीरजा सिंह, सेवानिवृत्त जनपद न्यायाधीश को उ0 प्र0 राज्य लोक सेवा अधिकरण में सदस्य (न्यायिक) के पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियुक्त किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वी—ति प्रदान करती हैं।

XVII of 1976) after having effective consultation/concurrence with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, the Governor is pleased to appoint Smt. Neerja Singh, Rtd.
District Judge a Member (Judicial) of the State Public Service Tribunal from the date of taking over charge.
