दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1974) की धारा 21 के अधीन शक्ति का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल महोदय, 40-नौगावाँ सादात, 65-बुलन्दशहर, 95-टुण्डला (अ0जा0), 162-बाँगरमऊ, 218-घाटमपुर (अ0जा0), 337-देवरिया तथा 367-मल्हनी विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के उप निर्वाचन, 2020 में मतदान के समय शान्ति व्यवस्था बनाये रखने हेतु उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद अमरोहा, बुलन्दशहर, फिरोजाबाद, उन्नाव, कानपुर नगर, देवरिया तथा जौनपुर में तैनात राज्य सरकार के समस्त विभागों के समस्त राजपत्रित अधिकारियों और अधीनस्थ राजपत्रित अधिकारियों को और राज्य सरकार के स्वामित्वाधीन या नियंत्रणाधीन स्थानीय प्राधिकरणों और निगमों या निकायों के वेतन बैण्ड-2, रु0 9300-34,800, पे-ग्रेड रु0 4600 एवं नया वेतन लेवल-7 वेतनमान रु0 44,900-1,42,400 या उच्चतर वेतन बैण्ड का पद धारण करने वाले समस्त अधिकारियों को दिनांक 3 नवम्बर, 2020 के लिए कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट, जिन्हें विशेष कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में जाना जायेगा, नियुक्त करती हैं और ऐसे कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को उक्त संहिता के अधीन कार्यपालक मजिस्ट्रेटों को प्रदान की जा सकने वाली समस्त शक्तियाँ, प्रदान करती हैं, जिनका प्रयोग वे अपने-अपने जनपद की सीमाओं के भीतर कर सकेंगे, जिसमें वे तत्समय तैनात हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act no. 2 of 1974), the Governor U. P. is pleased to appoint for November 3, 2020 for 40-Naugawan Sadat, 65-Bulandshahr, 95-Tundla (S.C.), 162-Bangermau, 218-Ghatampur (S.C.), 337-Deoria and 367-Malhani Assembly Constituency Bye Election, 2020 at the time of voting to maintain Law and order, all Gazetted Officers and Subordinate Gazetted Officers of all departments of the State Government and all officers holding posts carrying the Pay Band Rs. 9300-34,800, Pay Grade Rs. 4600 New Pay Level-7 Rs. 44,900- 1,42,400 and above in Local Authorities and Corporations or Bodies owned and controlled by the State Government, posted in district Amroha, Bulandshahr, Firozabad, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, Deoria and Jaunpur as Executive Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates and to confer on them all the powers of the Executive Magistrates as are conferrable under the said Code on such Executive Magistrates, to be exercised within the limits of their own respective districts in which they are for the time being posted.
