अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) और (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) और धारा 148 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, और परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्‌द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-843/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0 अधि0-1-2017-आदेश(10)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-

(एक) क्रम संख्या 19क के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (5) की प्रविष्टियों में अंक ''2020'' के स्थान पर अंक ''2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

(दो) क्रम संख्या 19ख के समक्ष, स्तम्भ (5) की प्रविष्टियों में अंक ''2020'' के स्थान पर अंक ''2021'' रख दिये जायेंगे;

2-यह अधिसूचना तारीख 01 अक्टूबर, 2020 से प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जायेगी।

No. 1183/XI-2-20-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(151)-2020

Dated Lucknow, October 15, 2020

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-843/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(10)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Table,–

(i) against serial number 19A, in the entry in column (5), for the figures "2020", the figures "2021" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number 19B, in the entry in column (5), for the figures "2020", the figures "2021" shall be substituted;

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2020.
