अधिसूचना

चूँकि नीचे अनुसूची में वर्णित 2.501 हेक्टेयर भूमि की लोक प्रयोजन अर्थात्‌ सुनियोजित विकास स्कीम के अधीन कांठ के लोगों के लिए आवासीय भवन के निर्माण के लिए आवश्यकता थी और जिसका अर्जन करने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 1894) की धारा 17 की उपधारा (4) के साथ पठित धारा 6 के अधीन अधिसूचना संख्या 2028/1-5-2010-17-2010, दिनांक 12 अगस्त, 2010 जारी की गयी थी;

और, चूँकि, उपर्युक्त भूमि जिसका कब्जा ग्रहण नहीं किया गया है, यथा पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजनार्थ अब अपेक्षित नहीं रह गयी है;

अतएव, अब, भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन्‌ 2013) की धारा 93 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 48 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि को उसका अर्जन करने से प्रत्याहृत करती हैं।

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 885/ I-5–2020-53-2020, dated October 23, 2020 :

No. 885/ I-5–2020-53-2020

Dated Lucknow, October 23, 2020

WHEREAS the land measuring 2.501 Hectares described in the Schedule below was needed for public purpose, namely for construction of residential building for the people of Kanth under planned development scheme, and for the acquisition whereof notification no. 2028/1-5–2010-17-2010, dated August 12, 2010 under section 6 read with sub-section (4) of section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act no. 1 of 1894) was issued by the State Government;

AND, WHEREAS, the above mentioned land the possession of which has not been taken, is no longer required for the purpose as aforesaid;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 48 of the aforesaid Act read with sub-section (1) of section 93 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act no. 30 of 2013), the Governor is pleased to withdraw the land mentioned in the Schedule below from the acquisition thereof.

NOTE :– A site plan of the land may be inspected in the Office of the Collector/Land Acquisition Officer, Moradabad.
