अधिसूचना
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1899) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से, पीएम स्वनिधि योजनान्तर्गत रु0 10,000/- तक के ऋण की स्वीकृति हेतु निष्पादित ऋण/आडमान करार पर संदेय स्टाम्प शुल्क में छूट प्रदान करती हैं।

IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, is pleased to remit with effect from the publication of this notification, stamp duty payable on the lone/hypothecation agreement executed for the approval of the lone upto Rs. 10,000/- under PM Swanidhi Yojana.
