अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 48 के उपनियम (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या 428/ग्यारह-2-9(47)-17- उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश(106)-2020, दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2020 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम पैरा में,-
(i) शब्द ''किसी वित्तीय वर्ष'' के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक ''2017-18 से किसी पूर्ववर्ती वित्तीय वर्ष'' रख दिये जायेंगे;
(ii) शब्द ''रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्ति को माल या सेवा या दोनों'' के पश्चात् शब्द ''या निर्यात की'' रख दिये जायेंगे।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification no. 428/XI-2-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(106)-2020, dated April 30, 2020.
In the said notification, in the first paragraph,--
(i) for the words "a financial year", the words and figures "any preceding financial year from 2017-18 onwards" shall be substituted;
(ii) after the words "goods or services or both to a registered person", the words "or for exports" shall be inserted.
