चूँकि राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है;
अतएव, अब, उत्तर प्रदेश अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं का अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1966 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 30 सन् 1966) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल उत्तर प्रदेश प्रारम्भिक कृषि सहकारी ऋण समितियों के अधीन समस्त सेवाओं में छः माह की अवधि के लिये हड़ताल तत्काल प्रभाव से निषिद्ध करती हैं।
2-उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि यह आदेश गजट में प्रकाशित किया जायेगा।

WHEREAS the State Government is satisfied that in the public interest it is necessary and expedient so to do;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1966 ( U. P Act no. XXX of 1966), the Governor is pleased to prohibit strikes in all services with immediate effect for a period of six months under the Uttar Pradesh Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies.
2. Under sub-section (2) of the said section, the Governor is further pleased to direct that this order shall be published in the Gazette.
