साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश में उसकी प्रवृत्ति के सम्बन्ध में यथा संशोधित भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (अधिनियम संख्या 2 सन् 1899) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) के खण्ड (क) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण के पक्ष में निष्पादित, जिला प्रयागराज के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र नैनी में सरस्वती हाई-टेक सिटी से सम्बन्धित 451.38 हेक्टेयर भूमि के हस्तान्तरण विलेखों पर संदेय स्टाम्प शुल्क में छूट प्रदान करती हैं :
परन्तु यह कि -
1-उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा सम्बन्धित ग्रामों के उपरोक्त भूमि सम्बन्धी विवरण, सम्बन्धित उप निबन्धक कार्यालय को ऐसे किसी विलेख की रजिस्ट्री के पूर्व उपलब्ध कराये जाने होंगे।
2-पूर्वोक्त छूट, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण के पक्ष में पूर्वोक्त भूमि से भिन्न किसी अन्य भूमि के लिये निष्पादित अन्तरण विलेखों पर उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 2 नवम्बर, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 11/2020/1227/94- S. IN exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899), as amended in its application to Uttar Pradesh, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor is pleased to remit, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, stamp duty payable on the deeds of conveyance of 451.38 Hectares of land relating to the Saraswati High-tech City, in Industrial area Naini of district Prayagraj, executed in favour of the Uttar Pradesh State industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) :
Provided that –
(i) the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) shall make available to the concerned Sub-Registrar Office, details of the land above-mentioned, belonging to the concerned villages, before registry of any such deed; and
(ii) the aforesaid remission shall not be available to deeds of transfer executed in favour of the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) for any land other than the aforesaid.
