अधिसूचना
उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन् 2017) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) और (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) तथा धारा 148 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-843/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0- 1-2017-आदेश(10)-2017, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में अग्रतर निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 19ख और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ बढ़ा दी जायेंगी, अर्थातः-

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification no. KA.NI.-2-843/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(10)-2017, dated June 30, 2017, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 19B and the entries relating thereto the

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 16th day of October, 2020.
