अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 1 सन्‌ 2017) (जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल परिषद की सिफारिशों पर एतद्‌द्वारा, अधिसूचना संख्या क0नि0-2-1557/ग्यारह-9(47)-17-उ0प्र0अधि0-1-2017-आदेश(65)-2019, दिनांक 15 नवम्बर, 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रारम्भिक पैरा में शब्द और अंक ''वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18 और 2018-19'' के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक ''वित्तीय वर्ष 2017-18, 2018-19 और 2019-20'' रख दिये जाएंगे।

Act-1-2017-Order(159)-2020, dated November 2, 2020 :

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no. KA.NI.- 2–1557/XI-9(47)-17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order(65)-2019, dated November 15, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures "financial years 2017- 18 and 2018-19" , the words and figures "financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20" shall be substituted.
