NOTIFICATION
No. 155/UP-LC/2020(1) : -IN exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, hereby makes following further amendments in its Notification no. 155/UP-LC/2001(1), dated 2nd August, 2001, as amended from time to time relating to appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Council Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh :-
In the Table appended to the said Notification, under the heading "I- GRADUATES'
CONSTITUENCIES"
(i) Against entry '7-Agra Division Graduates' of column (1), the entries namely, '13. District Officer, Kasganj' shall be added after the existing entries of column (2).
(ii) Against entry '8-Meerut Division Graduates' of column (1), the entries namely, '9. District Officer, Hapur' and '10. District Officer, Shamli' shall be added after the existing entries of column (2). Further under the heading 'II- TEACHERS' CONSTITUENCIES' (i) Against entry '15-Agra Division Teachers' of column (1), the entries namely, '13. District Officer, Kasganj' shall be added after the existing entries of column (2).
(ii) Against entry '16-Meerut Division Teachers' of column (1), the entries namely, '9. District Officer, Hapur' and '10. District Officer, Shamli' shall be added after the existing entries of column (2).

सं0 155/यू0पी0-वि0प0/2020 (1) :- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 1951 का 43 की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेेश राज्य से परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के सहायक रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर की नियुक्ति संबधी समय-समय पर यथा-संशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 155/यू0पी0-वि0प0/2001 (1) दिनांक 2 अगस्त, 2001 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की संलग्न सारणी में शीर्षक '1-स्नातक निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र' के अंतर्गत-
(i) स्तम्भ (1) की प्रविष्टि '7-आगरा खण्ड स्नातक' के सामने, स्तम्भ (2) की विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के उपरान्त प्रविष्टियाँ नामतः, '13-जिला अधिकारी, कासगंज' जोड़ी जाएँगी।
(ii) स्तम्भ (1) की प्रविष्टि '8-मेरठ खण्ड स्नातक' के सामने, स्तम्भ (2) की विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के उपरान्त प्रविष्टियाँ नामतः, '9-जिला अधिकारी, हापुड़' और '10-जिला अधिकारी, शामली' जोड़ी जाएँगी।
साथ ही, शीर्षक 'II-शिक्षक निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र' के अंतर्गत-
(i) स्तम्भ (1) की प्रविष्टि '15-आगरा खण्ड शिक्षक' के सामने, स्तम्भ (2) की विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के उपरान्त प्रविष्टियाँ नामतः, '13-जिला अधिकारी, कासगंज' जोड़ी जाएँगी।
(ii) स्तम्भ (1) की प्रविष्टि '16-मेरठ खण्ड शिक्षक' के सामने, स्तम्भ (2) की विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के उपरान्त प्रविष्टियाँ नामतः, '9-जिला अधिकारी, हापुड़' और '10-जिला अधिकारी, शामली' जोड़ी जाएँगी।
