अधिसूचना

- साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन्‌ 1897) की धारा 21 के साथ पठित रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (अधिनियम संख्या 16 सन्‌ 1908) की धारा 5 एवं 7 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके तथा इस निमित्त जारी पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं का आशिंक उपान्तर करके राज्यपाल इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से;-

(1) नीचे अनुसूची में दिये गये राजस्व ग्रामों के क्षेत्रों को अपवर्जित करके जिला गाजियाबाद के निबंधन उप जिला सदर तृतीय, चतुर्थ और पंचम की सीमाओं में परिवर्तन करती है; तथा

(2) उक्त अनुसूची में दिये गये तत्कालीन राजस्व ग्रामों को सम्मिलित करके जिला गाजियाबाद में एक नव निबंधन उप जिला लोनी द्वितीय सृजित करती है।404 RPH (Stamp and Registration-2) -2021- Data 4e 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 8 नवम्बर, 2021 अनुसूची

जिला गाजियाबाद के निबंधन उप जिला सदर तृतीय, चतुर्थ और पंचम से अपवर्जित किये गये तथा जिला गाजियाबाद के नवसृजित निबंधन उप जिला लोनी द्वितीय में सम्मिलित किये गये राजस्व ग्रामों सूचीः-

राज्यपाल अग्रतर निदेश देती हैं कि इस अधिसूचना की किसी बात का प्रभाव किसी न्यायालय, जिसने अभी तक उक्त क्षेत्रों के सम्बन्ध में अधिकारिता का प्रयोग किया हो, में पहले से प्रारम्भ की गयी या विचाराधीन किसी विधिक कार्यवाही पर नही पडे़गा।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 16/2021/953/94-1–2021-312(83)-2015-Loni-2, dated November 8, 2021.

IN exercise of the powers under sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor is pleased to ;

(1) alter the limits of Registration sub-district Sadar third, fourth and fifth of district Ghaziabad by excluding the areas of revenue villages given in the said Schedule; and404 RPH (Stamp and Registration-2) -2021- Data 4e उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 8 नवम्बर, 2021 3 (2) Create a new Registration sub-district Loni second in district Ghaziabad by including erstwhile revenue villages given in the Schedule below.

with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

List of revenue villages excluding from registration sub-district Sadar third, fourth and fifth of district Ghaziabad and included in the newly created registration sub-district Loni second in district Ghaziabad:-

The Governor further directs that any effects of this notification in any law court, which has used its jurisdiction in relation to the said areas, will not be initiated on any preliminary proceeding or any legal proceeding in question.
