NOTIFICATION
No. 434/UP-LA/2014(1) : -IN exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, hereby, appoints the officers of the Government specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning Officers notified vide Commission's Notification no. 434/UP-LA/2014(1), dated 19th February, 2014, as amended from time to time, to assist the Returning Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as specified in the Column (1) of the said Table, for the execution of their works with respect to the Counting of Votes, for the ongoing Bye Elections from the Assembly Constituencies mentioned in Column (1) of the Table.

2. The above Officers shall cease to function as Assistant Returning Officers immediately after the completion of process of Counting of Votes in the ongoing bye-elections from the abovementioned assembly constituencies.

सं0 434/उ0प्र0-वि0स0/2014(1) :- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 1951 का 43 की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ0प्र0-वि0स0/2014(1) दिनांक 19 फरवरी, 2014, समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित, के द्वारा अधिसूचित मौजूदा सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में यथा-विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी अधिकारियों को उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटिर्निंग अधिकारियों की, तालिका के स्तम्भ (1) में उल्लिखित विधान सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्रों से प्रचलित उप-निर्वाचन में मतगणना के कार्यों के निष्पादन में सहायता करने के लिए, सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है :-

2-उपर्युक्त अधिकारी उक्त विधान सभा क्षेत्रों से प्रचलित उप-निर्वाचनों में मतगणना प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के तुरन्त बाद सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों के रूप में कार्य नहीं करेंगे।
