अधिसूचना
साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम, 1897 (अधिनियम संख्या 10 सन् 1897) की धारा 21 और उत्तर प्रदेश मोटरयान नियमावली, 1998 के नियम 55 के उप नियम (8) के साथ पठित मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या 59 सन् 1988) की धारा 68 की उपधारा (1) और (2) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सरकारी अधिसूचना संख्या 2104/तीस-4-08-113-89, दिनांक 29 जनवरी, 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैंः-
संशोधन
पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना में, शीर्षक 'राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण' के अधीन क्रम संख्या-1 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रख दी जायेगी, अर्थात्ः-
''1-प्रमुख सचिव, परिवहन विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन- अध्यक्ष।''
2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 10 नवम्बर, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 15/2020/984/XXX-4–2020-113-89TC, dated November 10, 2020:No. 15/2020/984/XXX-4–2020-113-89TC

IN exercise of the powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act no. LIX of 1988) read with sub-rule (8) of rule 55 of the Uttar Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1998 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. X of 1897), the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 2104/XXX-4–08-113-89, dated January 29, 2009 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
IN the aforesaid notification, under the heading the 'State Transport Authority' for the entry at serial no. 1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:–
"1- Principal Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh in Transport Department- Chairman."
