अधिसूचना
युद्धाभ्यास और खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (अधिनियम संख्या 5 सन् 1938) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल एतदद्वारा उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) के अधीन अधिसूचना जारी करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दोहराती है, जिसमें नीचे अधिसूचित सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र या उसके किसी विनिर्दिष्ट भाग में दिनांक 01 अगस्त, 2020 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 31 जुलाई, 2025 को समाप्त होले वाली अवधि में गोला चलाने तथा ताप दागने का अभ्यास करने का, इस सूचना के प्रकाशित किये जाने के पश्चात् जहाँ तक सम्भव हो लगभग एक सप्ताह व्यतीत हो जाने पर प्राधिकार दिया जायेगा, जिसकी प्रथम सूचना, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (3) की अपेक्षानुसार गजट में अधिसूचना संख्या 664/तीन -2020-47-2(10)-94, दिनांक 23 सितम्बर, 2020 में पहले ही दिनांक 23 सितम्बर, 2020 को प्रकाशित की जा चुकी है। 2 उत्तर प्रदेश असाधारण गजट, 18 नवम्बर, 2020

THE Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 902/III-2020-47-2(10)-94, dated November 18, 2020 for general information :

Dated Lucknow, November 18, 2020
IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Act No. V of 1938), the Governor hereby repeats the notice of his intention to issue a notification under sub-section (2) of the said section authorizing the carrying out of field firing and artillery practice throughout the area notfied below, or any specified part thereof during the period commencing from the First day of August, 2020 and ending with the July 31, 2025 on the expiry of one week as nearly as may be after the publication of this notice, the first notice as required by sub-section (3) of the said section having been previously published by notification number 664/III-2020-47-2(10)-94 dated September 23, 2020 in the Gazette dated September 23, 2020.
