उत्तर प्रदेश —षि उत्पादन मण्डी नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 58-क के साथ पठित उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि उत्पादन मण्डी अधिनियम, 1964 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 25 सन् 1964) की धारा 7-क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके, राज्यपाल घोषणा करती हैं कि ग्राम सरांय जगत, तहसील और जिला फतेहपुर में अवस्थित बहिरामपुर प्रोडयूसर कम्पनी लिमिटेड, द्वारा पट्टाकृत नीचे ब्यौरेवार उल्लिखित क्षेत्र, इस अधिसूचना के गजट में प्रकाशित किये जाने के दिनांक से विनिर्दिष्ट फल व सब्जी के थोक सौदों हेतु दिनांक 10 फरवरी, 2030 तक के लिये इस शर्त के साथ मण्डी उप स्थल होगा कि कृषक/विक्रेता से कोई मंडी शुल्क प्रभारित नहीं किया जायेगाः-

कृषि उत्पादन मण्डी समिति, ग्राम सरांय जगत, तहसील और जिला फतेहपुर स्थित गाटा संख्या-143 और गाटा संख्या-153 क्षेत्रफल 6945 वर्ग मीटर और गाटा संख्या-151 क्षेत्रफल 3240 वर्ग मी0 गाटा का कुल क्षेत्रफल 10185 वर्ग मीटर है।

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7-A of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. 25 of 1964) read with rule 58-A of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965, the Governor is pleased to declare that the area detailed below leased by Bahirampur Producer Company Limited located in village Sarai Jagat, Tehsil and District Fatehpur shall be Market Sub-Yard for specified wholesale transaction of fruits and vegetables with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette till February 10, 2030 with the condition no mandi fee shall be charged from agriculturist-seller:-

Gata no. 143 and Gata no. 153 area 6945 square meter and Gata no. 151 area 3240 square meter.
Total area 10185 square meter located within the market area of Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samiti, village Sarai Jagat, Tehsil and District Fatehpur .
