अधिसूचना
चूँकि, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 16 के अधीन जारी की गयी अधिसूचना के अनुसार अपने कार्यकाल की समाप्ति पर 06 मई, 2020 को अवकाश ग्रहण कर चुके उत्तर प्रदेश विधान परिषद् के सदस्यों के स्थानों की पूर्ति के लिए निर्वाचन हो गये है।
अतएव, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 74 के अनुसार उक्त निर्वाचनों में विधान परिषद् निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों द्वारा निम्नलिखित निर्वाचित सदस्यों के नाम सर्वसाधारण के सूचनार्थ एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित किये जाते है।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 1273/LXI-2020, dated December 07, 2020:

WHEREAS, Election have been held in pursuance of the notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purposes of filling the seats of member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council who retired on May 06, 2020 on the expiration of their term.
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act the names of the following members elected by the council constituencies at the said Elections are hereby notified for general information.
