अधिसूचना

उत्तर प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2020 (उत्तर प्रदेश अधिनियम संख्या 5 सन्‌ 2020) जिसे आगे उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है, की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करके राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा 10 नवम्बर, 2020 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती हैं, जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना तारीख 10 नवम्बर, 2020 से प्रवृत्त हुयी समझी जायेंगी।

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment), Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no. 5 of 2020) hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Governor, hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 10th day of November, 2020.
